Facilities
Lumen's facility is one of the largest dedicated photography spaces on the West Coast — six darkrooms, a calibrated print lab, two studios, and a 1,400-square-foot main gallery.
Black & White Darkroom
Twelve enlarger stations, 35mm through 4×5. Open during member hours and reserved for classes during class hours.
Color Darkroom
Two RA-4 enlarger stations and a processor. Color is offered as a class and is open to color-certified members.
Alternative Process Classroom
Set up for cyanotype, salt, gum bichromate, and platinum-palladium contact printing.
Digital Print Lab
Calibrated workstations, an Epson P9570, and a P7570, with paper available by the sheet.
Studio
1,600 square feet, available for class use and member rental.
Library
Over 2,400 photography monographs and small-press titles. Member-accessible.
