When will my order ship? Standard orders ship in 1–3 business days from California. You'll receive an email with tracking when it leaves us.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — we ship to 32 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Can I return an opened product? Yes. We accept returns within 30 days, opened or unopened. Use the returns portal in the footer.

Are GLOW products fragrance-free? Most of our line is unscented. Slick Lip Balm, Velvet Body Cream and Smooth Body Bar carry natural essential oils — full ingredient lists are on each product page.

Are GLOW products safe during pregnancy? Most are. We mark the few that aren't on each product page. As always, check with your doctor.
